Have problems accessing automatically profile when go to contact options when someone IM's me and trouble accessing automatically mail when it says I have new message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled yahoo. Have gone from "regular" yahoo to Beta and am having trouble with both.

yahoo is having lots of issues with messenger and mail, i had to go to a older version of messenger, to get things to work right again, im waiting on them to get allt he issues fix, if that ever happens

well going by what you put up, you have yahoo messenger 8.1 right? i had that same problem. until i got a freaking virus so i had to reformat my pc. then it was gone. but to get kinda technical, i think it might be in the registry. if you kept updating the yahoo messenger when yahoo was busting out with new versions, that might be it. the registry of yahoo got messed up.
