i cant see it it says "This profile is set to private" but everyone else who isnt on his/her profile can still see it. why is this?

They probably blocked you.
it is because they set it so that anyone above 18 cant see there profile, so if you set your age under 18 then you can see it.
Either you are blocked, or they have set it to private, and everyone that isn't on their friend's list cannot see their profile. Send them a friend request or send them a message and ask them what is up!
